Create New Product

Only Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager have the permission to create products in SalesShaper. To create a new product:

1. Access the products module by logging in to SalesShaper and selecting PRODUCTS from the menu panel.
2. Then, click the CREATE button.
   
3. Enter a name for the product or service.
   
4. You can provide more information about the product in the "Description" field, or leave it empty as it is an optional field.
5. If you want to create an inactive product (which will not be available for selection when creating a new deal), (untoggle) the "Active" toggle button. Otherwise, maintain with the "Active" option.
6. Click SAVE to create the product.
